Concept project: Betreuungsbüro Wendt is a fictional business. The project shows how I would approach a website for this industry.
The challenge
This isn't about selling, it's about trust and being reachable. Visitors vary widely: elderly people, worried relatives, judges and court officers. All of them need the right information within seconds.
The approach
Large type, strong contrast and a calm, clear structure. The most important information, when and how the office can be reached, sits at the very top of every page.
The solution
Three clear entry points per audience, adjustable text size and contrast, a section in easy-to-read language and a live reachability status. The site is designed from the ground up for WCAG 2.2 AA.
